I bought my car and had my car serviced here for more than 5 years. I will not be taking my car back. Over the course of a month, 2 times I've tred to get my AC fixed, 2 times I'm told it is, and 2 ti than 5 years. I will not be taking my car back. Over the course of a month, 2 times I've tred to get my AC fixed, 2 times I'm told it is, and 2 times I've had no AC when I needed it. I've taken my honda here since I bought it but this seems to indicate a recent downturn in their service department quality. The only saving grace is this was covered under warranty due to it supposedly being the condensor. Still a pain to keep hoping they fix it while spending the day without a car. The third time they identified another part that needs to be replaced. This part is something that needs to be removed to replace the condensor, which happened the first go around. I asked whether it was damage from being removed and reinstalled but I couldn't receive any satisfactory response as to how the part failed. Any questions were responded with 'I'll have to ask the tech' and no follow up. It ended with a $600 bill. The kicker is they offered me a rental while they worked on the car the third time, but scheduled me for 7:30am dropoff when the rental office opened at 9, and it was in Springfield, a 15 minute drive away. I'm not taking my car there again, and I VERY much recommend you do not either. I've already been in contact with Steve about my poor service, who stopped replying after I noted I wasn't happy with the service. Our interaction ended after an automated message saying I *may* receive a questionaire about my service. It doesn't seem like they have an interest in making things right. As a final bit of info for those of you who have read this far, if you got an extended warranty through Sheehy, you do NOT need to take it to Sheehy. It can be used at any authorized repair shop. More
