My first time in service was 2 weeks ago due to airbag theft (Honda Corporation needs to address this) I'm a satisfied customer! Vijay is the best! My first time in service was 2 weeks ago due to airbag theft (Honda Corporation needs to address this) and I didn't have my car for roughly a week for repairs. While there were car cleanliness issues and broken class pieces still left when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Vijay talked to me and made me feel comfortable with leaving it for another day to correct the issues. The car was beautifully clean when I arrived to pick it up, so much so that it looked better than when I drove it off the lot (new car) 6 weeks prior! I had to return for an inner part that was left damaged and Vijay had me return and got me in and out in roughly 30 minutes as promised and made sure that he made up for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service Vijay! More
