Sheehy has been servicing our Hondas for the past 17 years -- our 1984 Accord, our 1989 Civic, our 2008 CRV, and our 2016 CRV. In all this time, we have NEVER had a negative experience. I can only con years -- our 1984 Accord, our 1989 Civic, our 2008 CRV, and our 2016 CRV. In all this time, we have NEVER had a negative experience. I can only conclude that the maintenance techs must be extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. One constant throughout the years has been our service advisor -- Rachel Higgins. She has consistently exhibited outstanding customer service skills AND also has the unique ability to explain in simple terms what is wrong with one's car and what the options are to fix that problem. Given the cost of auto repairs today, it is critical to be able to trust one's service advisor -- and I definitely trust Rachel. As a matter of fact, it was because of our 17 years of positive experiences with Rachel and the Sheehy service department that we recently bought our 2016 certified CRV from Sheehy. Siam Erzuah helped us in the purchase of that vehicle and Vijay Krishna expertly answered our many maintenance questions and ensured that every one of our concerns was speedily addressed. Purchasing a car is a BIG investment, but they made the process as painless as possible, and we could not be more pleased with our newest Honda. And last but not least -- the stellar Sheehy experience would not be complete without the porters Carl and Robert. While the waiting rooms at Sheehy are more than acceptable, it is a true benefit to have Carl or Robert drive me home when lengthy service procedures need to be done. Both Carl and Robert seem to thrive on happy customers. They are the icing on the cake in the Sheehy experience. More
