Brought the car in for an oil change and multi-point inspect I called the dealership in the morning and received an appointment that same morning. Great Staff I just purchased my second car from Sheehy Honda and must say this time was just as easy as the first time. My wife and I had Rita as our sales person I just purchased my second car from Sheehy Honda and must say this time was just as easy as the first time. My wife and I had Rita as our sales person and Dean was the manager we dealt with. Rita went out of her way to make sure we were able to test drive the cars we wanted to look at three different model. It took us over 2 weeks to complete our decision process, and both Rita and Dean allows us the time to test drive many times. Once we made up our minds what model to buy, we dealt with Bob in the finance department who went over the extended warranty and other after market product with a no pressure sales approach. Bob went over the contact with us and ensured we knew what was going on. I then got to talk with Rachel Higgins my service advisor for the past 7 years and she took care of my new car very quickly. I would recommend this group of people to anyone I know! More

Nav Troubleshooting We had a configuration issue with hardware and software on our Pilot. Vijay was very friendly as we reviewed the issue, and immediately took the Pilo We had a configuration issue with hardware and software on our Pilot. The result was a quick fix. Experience got the job done. The fast and friendly service will have us return for any service due on the Pilot. More
