It feels like they treat you like an idiot and try to rip yo For the last 2 years I been doing my service at Sheehy Honda Alexandria and It has always been my favourite, but recently I had my state inspection do For the last 2 years I been doing my service at Sheehy Honda Alexandria and It has always been my favourite, but recently I had my state inspection done at this location and somehow it failed due to the tail light. So the person (Cho) who helped me asked me to let the dealer buy the part for me. And I said yes due to I trust the service completely. When I went home and talked to a friend, he show me the part can't be over $250 for just one tail light (Supposed to be $120 for 2 light tails) But I thought maybe there is some mistake and I can always ask for the receipt. Next time I come in I ask to have the tail replacement, somehow the person who helped me last time told me it would be $300 for labor cost when on the phone before coming in he told me $150 ( regardless I could get this outside done with cheaper price but since Sheehy Alexandria is where I been going to) It feels like they treat you like an idiot and try to rip you off. I feel completely hurt. I don't even know how much disappointed I am. And trust me I understand the dealer have to add fee on top of service and parts but this is beyond what I can imagine. I am not sure If I ever want to come back. More
