Then, after making payment (without even being briefed by a service advisor because they refuse to speak with their clients), they would not release my vehicle to a transport company that was there to pick it up and take to the west coast where I now live. Folks, this dealership is located in one of the wealthiest and sought-after areas in the country, yet their business is set up to ignore, frustrate, and provide zero customer service all while they overcharge their clients as many dealerships tend to do. I’ll take a bit of overcharging for good communicative customer service by an authorized dealer relative to my car, but this experience was horrendous. I feel disregarded, taken advantage of, pushed off, and disrespected. They don’t even deserve one star but that is the lowest I could provide. More

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Hyundai dealership. When I bought my vehicle, I was promised lifetime free oil changes, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase from this Hyundai dealership. When I bought my vehicle, I was promised lifetime free oil changes, which was a major factor in my decision to purchase from them. On my last visit, I was told the dealership is under new ownership and they are no longer honoring that agreement—without any prior notice. I was charged $91 for an oil change I had every reason to believe was covered. What’s worse, I reached out multiple times via voicemail, email, and the customer feedback survey—and never received a response. This lack of communication and failure to stand by previous commitments shows a serious lack of integrity and customer service. If you’re considering doing business here, I’d recommend getting everything in writing and being prepared for the dealership to go back on their word. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well. More
