I had done a lot of research on my car before buying and everything I was told at the dealership matched up with what I knew. When figuring out finances, I was not pushed to add a bunch of extra packages. I said "this is what I can afford, if it's not within that price range I can't do it," and they worked with me pleasantly through it. At no time did I feel forced to sign up for something I didn't want. Everything was explained adequately, and price was exactly as I saw advertised on pre-approved websites (even though I didn't even use the pre-approval). Overall 100% satisfaction (aside from loaner inspection lady being a little unprofessional), every associate that helped me with my new car was amazing, and very personable. Buy here! More

Great experience The local dealership in Gaithersburg, MD was very unhelpful in finding the exact vehicle I wanted. So a quick search on the internet led me to Chantil The local dealership in Gaithersburg, MD was very unhelpful in finding the exact vehicle I wanted. So a quick search on the internet led me to Chantilly (not exactly sure why a dealer can't do this but that is another story). I sent a email & was quickly contacted by Matthew Hammond. Set up an appointment for a few days later. Drove out to Chantilly to find a beautiful dealership. Went for a test drive & then went through the simple process of making the vehicle purchase. Of course I had my car with me & the trade in vehicle at my home 45 minutes away. No problem. Matthew drove the new vehicle to my home, did a demo for the new owner & took possession of the trade. It was as simple as that. He even has stayed in touch over the past few weeks to make sure all was ok. More
