Rude unprofessional manager behavior I stopped to buy a used car that was traded in by a gentleman that work in the same company I work for after he told me that Hyundai of chantilly paid I stopped to buy a used car that was traded in by a gentleman that work in the same company I work for after he told me that Hyundai of chantilly paid him $2800 for it, I was shocked that they was asking for $7850 the salesman was professional and respectful, I understand that the dealer have to make some money after cleaning the car so I offered $4800 + fees which includes $685 unreasonable processing fee + $85 doc fee + VA taxes, when I said this is what I want to pay for this car! Ash the General Manager came and he was rude and he treated me as if I am stupid, disrespectful facial expressions when I told him that I know the seller of this car he said "Go get me your friend" he was even very rude. To the salesman "Hashim" ....be aware guys of this man his name is "Ash" and he is really rude and unprofessional can't believe that he is a General manager..with that attitude. They price the used cars unreasonably very high priced.. More
