I live out of town, and my first contact was through their website. Dennis helped answer my questions about certain vehicles, financing, and the value of my trade-in. This was done before I even stepped on the lot. Upon arrival I was greeted by Chuck, who saw me the through the purchasing process. Within minutes of my arrival, we were away on a test drive of the vehicle. The new QX80 I test drove had one issue I did not like. Chuck took the time out to find a QX80 in stock that would rectify the problem. He made it a very smooth process. Not once did I feel pressured, and I really did feel that it was a very open process. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say that this was the best and easiest purchasing experience I have had. Chuck and Dennis were excellent. More

There was a mistake made by the finance person but I worked with George to resolve the issue and make the appropriate corrections. The car was brought from another state and they were great at keeping me informed of the cars arrival. I arrived to pickup the car and the corrected finance paperwork was ready for me to sign and the car was beautifully detailed and sitting out front when I arrived so I was on my way pretty quickly in my new car. Overall, my experience was great! I even received a call from Chuck wishing me a Happy birthday which is today. Definitely recommend Chuck if you are looking for a new Infiniti. More

Sheehy INFINITI of Chantilly is a great dealership I started my car search on line. Chuck Vanderwall immediately sent me an email asking if he could be of assistance and gave me his background. This I started my car search on line. Chuck Vanderwall immediately sent me an email asking if he could be of assistance and gave me his background. This immediately made me think that he was more than just a salesman out for the commission. When I responded to Chuck that I was going to be out of town for a week, he immediately asked when would be a good time to follow up with me. He did follow up when I was back. We set an appointment for 9/20/19. When I got to the dealership, Chuck was still with another customer. Instead of short changing either customer, he asked Isaiah Townsend to help me. Isaiah took me on the test drive, answered all my questions, and made the sale. Both Isaiah and Chuck were very professional and very pleasant to deal with. They both also did something which I found refreshing - in the past when I have purchased vehicles, I have been patronized because I am a woman. I did not get that from either of these two gentlemen and that was a nice change. More

They are just heads above the pack when it comes to focusing on, and showing real genuine interest in their customers. What I was impressed with the most is how patient they were during the entire purchasing process of our new QX60. We were able to test drive the two vehicles we had selected before making a final choice of the QX60. I was initially interested in only the 2020 model, but our salesman, Dennis Dunning informed me that while that decision was entirely up to me, he could help me save a lot more if I considered the 2019 model. Dennis had contacted me periodically via cell phone, email and text before my wife and I were finally able to make an appointment to come in and test drive. He was waiting for us when we arrived and greeted us like we were family; which is not what your average car dealer does these days. After we had decided we wanted to purchase the QX60, with the option packages I had previously advised Dennis that I wanted, it came down to exterior and interior color selection. Dennis immediately went to work and in 10 minutes or so found the vehicle with all of the options we wanted! All of the paperwork was completed seamlessly, and the car was delivered on the day and time we selected that was most convenient for us. During the test drive process Dennis took a lot to time going over the technical aspects of the vehicle and how things worked; which included us viewing several videos, and downloading a nifty app. This is a clear example of why I say, Sheehy is not your average car dealer. I can honestly say after having purchased and leased numerous vehicles over the years (lots of years) this was one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had! More
