My best car buying experience ever! I previously purchased a new 2005 RX330 from Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. It was my first Lexus and I loved the vehicle but hated their Service Depar I previously purchased a new 2005 RX330 from Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. It was my first Lexus and I loved the vehicle but hated their Service Department. Because of that experience, I had decided I would never buy another Lexus. I began having my car serviced at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and it was a lucky day for me when I was introduced to Brandon Squibb. He epitomizes courtesy and professionalism and always goes above and beyond in terms of customer service and satisfaction, which are paramount to me. Personally, two of my biggest pet peeves in life are lack of customer service and a sense of entitlement so I found this to be a new and refreshing experience dealing with Brandon Squibb at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. On September 23, 2015, I was on Sheehy's website and saw a Certified Lexus 2013 RX350 for sale. I was scheduled to have my 2005 RX330 serviced on September 24, 2015 but instead I traded it on the 2013 RX350. I was introduced to Mike Bowen, who was friendly, courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all of the features on the vehicle (as cars had changed a lot since my last purchase). I appreciated Mike Bowen's low key, no pressure approach. He answered all of my questions (and I had many). I asked him to drive the vehicle during the test drive so that I could sit back and evaluate the vehicle. Next I met Shandrial Hudson who handled the financing of my purchase. She was friendly and professional and the financing was a quick and smooth process. I generally dread purchasing a new vehicle because I find it as enjoyable as a root canal but my positive dealings with Brandon Squibb as my Service Consultant made me consider purchasing a vehicle from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and I am fortunate that now, in addition to having a great Service Consultant to work with, I have a great Sales Consultant, Mike Bowen, and a great Finance Department with Shandrial Hudson and Michele Mitchell. It was a truly great experience and I am thankful to Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and their wonderful team of employees for making this such a positive experience for me. More

I explained to him I was looking to purchase a ES 350., my very first Lexus. The first thing Mr. Jackson did was to give me a tour of the dealership. I was very impressed. He introduced me to Brandon Squibb, a service consultant. After the tour he showed me ES 350's on the lot. Mr. Jackson was very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles. I had not purchased a vehicle in 9 years and I had many questions, he answered every question I had and more. When I left the dealership after my first visit, Mr. Jackson gave me his cell phone and told me to call any time if I had further questions. That personal approach brought me back to the dealership. Needless to say I purchased from Mr Jackson a 2016 ES 350 in RED my favorite color for a car. To be exact, Matador Red Mica. Shandrial Hudson in the finance department was great. I had questions concerning the financial end of the purchase and she took the time to answer every one of them with patience. She made me feel so at ease with the purchase I made. Mr. Doug King in Management congratulated me on my purchase and me this was not the end of our visit but the beginning. Not a reputable dealer I came in last Monday to test drive a car I saw online. We test drove it and started the paperwork. After running both my credit and my cosigners cred I came in last Monday to test drive a car I saw online. We test drove it and started the paperwork. After running both my credit and my cosigners credit, contacting the banks, and accepting an offer, I was waiting to sign the finalized papers and pick up the vehicle tomorrow. I learned today that my bank documents were never even sent to my cosigner due to an employee's interest in the vehicle. Not only did the salesman not even bother to inform me of the interest, but they sold the car to the employee after we were pretty much finished. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't pissed off. I've had better customer service at Walmart. More
