Over the next few days, Erick followed up with us several times to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The entire Sheehy experience from start to finish was amazing. We were hesitant to bring our kids, but were glad we did. The playroom had a big screen TV, new toys, and even a tablet PC that kept my 7-year old entertained! We just had a great car buying experience. We first found Sheey Lexus of Annapolis through AutoTrader.com. We were looking for a low mileage Certified Pre-Owned RX 350 and the report showed that they found Sheey Lexus of Annapolis through AutoTrader.com. We were looking for a low mileage Certified Pre-Owned RX 350 and the report showed that they had two that fit our needs. We were hesitant to work with a dealer 40 miles from home but after speaking to Cory and confirming that they had a selection of cars close to what we were looking for: a navigation system, room for a travel crate for our dachshund, heated seats for us and competitive pricing -- it seemed like it was worth a drive – just to take a look. Although we tried hard not to be swayed by the amenities of the well appointed showroom we were impressed that the pre-owned and new car buyers were welcomed in the same showroom. A visit to another showroom closer to home had us walking through the elaborate new car showroom to the less well-appointed pre-owned showroom. Which left us feeling as though we were less important to them. Our sales consultant Cory Stunkard was knowledgeable, personable and enthusiastic as he gave us a tour of the showroom and the car. Although Cory gave us a great deal of information we felt well-informed, not pressured . When we found out that they offer an amazing “pick up” service extended to clients living up to 3 hours from the dealership and free car washes it took the distance issue out of the equation! We really needed to think things through over night but made the 40-mile trip again the next day to buy our first Lexus. During the purchasing process Corry introduced us to the rest of team. Everyone, Doug King Sales Manager, Chris Powell, Finance Manager and Sean Englehard, Service Consultant all seemed genuinely committed to making our buying experience a satisfying one and ensuring us that our relatsionship was just beginning.
