Cory Stunkard, my sales representative, contacted me about trading in my 350RX 2010 for a 2012 model. As I was passing by the dealership the next day I decided to stop in although I really wasn't inter about trading in my 350RX 2010 for a 2012 model. Meeting with Cory for the first time, I was impressed with his ability, his approach (relaxed), and the way he went about laying out my options and price. I had him give me the necessary paperwork for me to take home and study over the weekend, which he did with no hassle. Most car dealerships want to keep as much paperwork from the customer as possible. I followed up with some additional questions over the phone and at the same time we came to an agreement as to the final price over the phone. This was the first time I made a final car purchase over the phone and Cory made it simple and pleasant to negotiate with him in this manner. Chris Willis did the final paperwork as to the financing and this was a pleasant experience as well. This is my third Lexus of Annapolis purchase and by far, the best.
