Rachel was so easy to deal with and not the least condescending to a female buyer. At Mercedes and Infinity it was apparent they felt I would buy at a higher price because I was a female. Rachel understood she had a sale if she met my requests concerning trade in and purchase price. I have also met Rachel, by chance, at the dealership since I purchased the vehicle. Tara was awesome including the delivery of the Lexus to my house once all the inspections were completed. She also returned the following day with renewed instructions on how to operate the garage door op my house once all the inspections were completed. When I decided to purchase a vehicle I was particularly interested in Lexus. I have to admit I dreaded going to purchase the vehicle because I thought it was going to be the typical back and forth haggling interested in Lexus. I came equipped with the price I was prepared to pay, the kelley blue book value of my trade in and pre-approved financing. I feel I was given a fair price for my trade in and purchase. In the end I purchased a 2010 RX 350 that I am very happy with. Bill ensured it was sparkling clean inside and out, had a full tank of gas and provided nice incentives such as 3 months of free satellite radio, free oil change and free car washes. He has also called me on a few occasions to ensure everything is OK and I am still happy with my purchase.
