9/8/25 My first appointment was with April Margetson at the collision center. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. I received a phone call later the same day about the rental being there wh the collision center. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you for all your help. 2nd appointment was service with Anthony Dean, he is so kind and knowledgeable. He is very efficient and understanding. I asked about an detailing appointment, and explained that I had surgery scheduled on the 15th Sept that I would have to wait until sometime in October. He had it washed and vacuumed for me. Best service department ever. I have been helped by Mike mostly and he is very nice to deal with. What impressed me even more was their ability to adapt to a storm that had knocked out the power for a couple of days. Despite running on a generator and limited resources, they efficiently completed the work and kept me informed about the progress.
