9/8/25 My first appointment was with April Margetson at the collision center. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. I received a phone call later the same day about the rental being there wh the collision center. She was very helpful and explained everything to me. Thank you for all your help. 2nd appointment was service with Anthony Dean, he is so kind and knowledgeable. He is very efficient and understanding. I asked about an detailing appointment, and explained that I had surgery scheduled on the 15th Sept that I would have to wait until sometime in October. He had it washed and vacuumed for me. My subaru was brought in for oil change and tire rotation . also multpoint inspection. My son marked my tires to see if they were rotated ,They diden't rotate my tires but they did charge me . also they were . also multpoint inspection. Recently our car broke down on our way back to Canada from South Carolina and it ended up at this dealership. Mike Picco was the kindest most accommodating person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. from South Carolina and it ended up at this dealership. Mike Picco was the kindest most accommodating person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. We had to leave our car and travel back to Canada without it. Mike had to deal with Subaru Canada to get it fixed under a recall. Subaru Canada were horrible but Mike was the best. He communicated and was sympathetic to the fact we were so far away. I wish Mike was there when my husband picked up the car so we could thank him and all the rest the people that got our car fixed. If we lived in Maryland I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car here with service like this. Thank you. More
