Hello Megan, Thank you for your response. However, I want to be very clear this is not the first time I’ve had an issue during my service visits. Every time I come in for maintenance, whether it was the 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k, or now the 25k service, something goes wrong. And each time, the only response I receive is an apology. At this point, sorry is not enough. I am asking for real improvement in customer service and the way customers are treated. As a loyal Toyota owner who maintains all services on time, I expect a professional and consistent experience, not ongoing issues at every visit. I hope this matter is taken seriously and improvements are made moving forward
