great experience i found the exact car i had been looking for online on their website, so, i called to make sure it was still available. to my surprise it was still th i found the exact car i had been looking for online on their website, so, i called to make sure it was still available. to my surprise it was still there. i set up to come and look at the car with salesman robbie satterwhite the next day. robbie called me and told me he had the car pulled up to the front and ready for when we arrived. when we arrived, he had it inside the service area since it was raining so that we could get a good look at the outside of the car without all the water on it. it was exactly what i had been searching for some time and i was ready to drive it and really see how it was. it drives great and he also showed me the carfax to erase any questions i might have about the history of the car. i had a commitment to be at that afternoon and robbie was very understanding and supportive while not being pushy at all. when i returned when they opened the next day, robbie was already getting the car ready for us to take home. the finance person kate was very helpful and made the rest of the purchase an easy process. all in all, it was great to get what i wanted without being pushed to spend more or to buy something i didn't want from either robbie or kate. they were professional all the way beginning to end. ill be back again for my next purchase! Everyone was extremely helpful, Brian even took pictures of two vehicles on the lot side by side (since I was unsure of the color I wanted) and sent over to me so that I could make a better decision on what was right for me. I sent over paperwork in advance, and even with the internet being down I was only there for about and hour and a half. All of the employees I have been in touch with, have entered all of my questions promptly and been of a great assistance. They all know exactly the correct answer, and returned any inquiries a fast pace. I have been very happy with the experience and will certainly recommend anyone I know that may be looking for a Toyota, or even a used car over to this group. More

The RAV4 Limited Hybrid is a fantastic car and a great replacement for my 2013 Prius V. I am in love with the new car. Sheehy has taken the old Rosner dealership and brought it up to a much better standard in Customer Service. I will recommend Sheehy to anyone that wants a Toyota and I highly recommend Toyota over any other affordable brand. I am now on my 6th Toyota! More

She never once showed annoyance at my often hectic schedule and my regularly delayed responses and worked to find a Tacoma not only in the trim level I wanted (TRD Off-Road), but the color I wanted as well; plus I wanted a manual transmission which I am sure only made it that much more difficult to find something for me. She was pleasant to work with and was able to answer my questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone else needing a new car. More
