Jim educated me on the features, gas mileage, safety etc. and I was half way there but didn’t want the first thing I saw. I took it home and knew it reminded me of my favorite truck right when I rolled the sun roof down, with six speakers up & a great smooth feel., The next day I figured out my payment details with Jim & between his great customer service & this gem of a ride, it was a no brainer. Kate the Finance Mgr. recommended the extended warranty & vip membership, explained it very well & all of it on my lunch hour. (I was fifteen minutes late but my coworker friends were too excited about my purchase & the deal I received.) Since I traded my 2007 Tacoma which had over 204,000 miles on it William brought me up to date on the new Tacoma and all the features. He was a wealth of knowledge and has answers to all my questions without having to scurry away to consult anyone else. The rest of the team including Angel and Monique made sure the experience went well. Monique walked me through the accessories I wanted and worked with me to get them at a price the dealership and I could agree on. In the end I drove away with another great Tacoma and felt good about the price and experience. More
