Since I traded my 2007 Tacoma which had over 204,000 miles on it William brought me up to date on the new Tacoma and all the features. He was a wealth of knowledge and has answers to all my questions without having to scurry away to consult anyone else. The rest of the team including Angel and Monique made sure the experience went well. Monique walked me through the accessories I wanted and worked with me to get them at a price the dealership and I could agree on. In the end I drove away with another great Tacoma and felt good about the price and experience. More
