Labor rate rip off This dealership has good prices on their new cars, but their repair service costs are ridiculous. My last visit cost me $264 in labor to install a $2 This dealership has good prices on their new cars, but their repair service costs are ridiculous. My last visit cost me $264 in labor to install a $28 part. I was basically charged for two and half hours of labor. The part I’m sure took maybe 20-30 minutes to install. I’m sure that the technician did not spend 2 1/2 hours working on my vehicle. Dealerships have book that suggests charging a specific amount of hours for different repairs. The customer gets charged to the entire labor hours, even if the technician finishes early. Basically if the book recommends 6 hours and the technician finishes in 3 horlurs you get charged for the 6 hours. Lets say your labor rate is $120, the customer gets ripped off for an additional $360 for their car simply setting in the shop for the additional 3 hours. And you all wonder why customers are reluctant to return for service. More
Poor costumer service skills I wasn’t going to bother leaving a review about our recent experience but you guys just sent me a text about leaving one so here it goes. My husband and i just brought both of our vehicles in for routine service, dropping one car off at a time. My husband dropped his off first and between leaving the key in his vehicle to the time it took for him to walk inside to get checked in they managed to lose his key. Now, one would assume that the keyless technology would be pretty well known by all of your staff but that was not the case. One of the guys had the audacity to seriously say “well maybe you started your car and left the key at home”. Now any person that works on cars would know that’s not even possible lol but despite that impossibility my husband was continually blamed for losing his own key that he left in the vehicle as he was told by the idiot who decided to blame him for losing said key. There was only one person that seemed to know anything about your vehicles enough to look under the seat where the dead spot is for the key. Which surprise it wasn’t there. They eventually found the key when the idiot who was blaming my husband found it sitting in another persons vehicle. Oh so i guess he didn’t leave the key at home huh? The idiot didn’t even bother apologizing to my husband but thankfully the only person that knew anything did. This is not the first issue we have had since sheehy took over. If the service wasn’t free we’d be taking our business elsewhere. But believe me i won’t be buying another vehicle from you guys after the way you have repeatedly treated my husband and i like crap every time we bring our vehicles to you. I had the greatest experiences with this place before sheehy took over. Now the service is piss poor at best. The employee in question never provided his name but i had to select a name to move forward with this review. The name selected was picked at random just to go forth with my review. More
