However, due to a recent marital separation, the vehicle payment became a lot to take on. I brought the vehicle in for service and ran into Wilton again, and let him know about my situation. I wasn’t confident there would be much they could do to assist based upon the effect of the separation on my credit and finances, but Wilton put in some unbelievable effort and not only found a viable solution, but he gave me a fantastic new vehicle with significantly better gas mileage, an extraordinary warranty, and dropped my monthly payment by almost $200/month. I was able to trade my vehicle in for this new vehicle and leave Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg an extremely satisfied customer. I cannot day enough about how amazing this dealership is, and can’t thank Wilton and Matt enough for turning a tough situation into a great one. As long as I’m in the Northern Virginia/DMV area, I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else, nor from anybody but Wilton asking as he’s available. More

Tire & 5000 miles check After buying a new vehicle I was so happy when I took it in 1000 miles before it was due for the 5000 mile oil change & check. I was helped by a woman After buying a new vehicle I was so happy when I took it in 1000 miles before it was due for the 5000 mile oil change & check. I was helped by a woman service rep, Marissa curry which made me feel comfortable. She did a excellent job of letting me know what they found in the tire. A nail! So they fixed it & changed the oil & did the complete check which passed everything😁 the best part is they didn’t nickel & dune me for fixing the tire. No charge! It made me feel good, since I had spent a lot buying a new car from them. I am very happy with my experience😀 thank you Marrissa & Toyota More
