I had previously purchases a vehicle that I was no longer comfortable with and the staff at Rosner laid down the red carpet for me in order to make sure that my next purchase was something that I loved! They even went as far as ensuring that any unused portion my gap insurance and extended warranty was able to be transferred onto my new vehicle. Jim Glasner was the sales associate. Not only did he take the time to listen to my needs, he also made sure that those needs were communicated to all parties that had a part in my purchasing process. I personally feel that I will follow him to whatever dealership that employs him for any future purchases. More

I gave a reasonable offer which he accepted. no games etc. BTW you need to update your salesman list. Both guys I dealt with were not on it. More
