My primary complaint is that for my oil change I provided my own full synthetic oil in the quantity I wanted used, but when I checked the dipstick afterwords, it was obviously overfilled. So evidently they a my own full synthetic oil in the quantity I wanted used, but when I checked the dipstick afterwords, it was obviously overfilled. So evidently they added to the oil I provided (thereby mixing my full synthetic with whatever they used) and added too much (something I was specifically trying to avoid by providing my own oil in the quantity I wanted used). Not happy about that!!! More
