Staff was kind, but what we were told should take less than an hour and a half took over two hours and 15 minutes even WITH an appointment. No coffee machine or free snacks, only basic bottled water offer than an hour and a half took over two hours and 15 minutes even WITH an appointment. No coffee machine or free snacks, only basic bottled water offered. Was told there was a shuttle online, but no actual shuttle running at the dealership. No shops, stores, or restaurants close enough to walk to. With three kids this was not a good place to go. I will be choosing another Toyota dealership the next time I am forced to take my vehicle in. More

I was probably the easiest customer to deal with. I knew what I wanted in a truck. Accepted the first offer for my trade-ins and paid sticker price for my new ride.
