Truly disappointed. .3 hours for a routine oil change. DISAPPOINTED. No one came out to advertise me of my car the entire time. I knew exactly what I wanted and Jamal C helped make it happen. From the time we stepped foot on the lot to leaving with a certified used car was less than 3.5 hours and he made the process fairly painless happen. Ended up bringing the vehicle back for a service the following weekend and Jamal personally made it right and followed up days later to make sure we were satisfied.
