Had a service appointment and the basic oil change and tire rotation went well. I had specifically mentioned one of my tires kept loosing air and wanted it check out. When the car was ready I called bac tire rotation went well. I had specifically mentioned one of my tires kept loosing air and wanted it check out. When the car was ready I called back since I was expecting an update on the tire issue. Alas, it was never written on the ticket. They said they would try look at it before I came in to pick up the car. Supposedly it was looked at but nothing found. My only thought was since they rotated the tires did they even look at the right tire? Not sure but now I have to take it to another place to get it checked. I mention all this because last time I took it in for service I asked for the state inspection to be done and again it was not written on the ticket. So, I had to leave it there longer for them to do the inspection. Seems like there is a lack of attention to detail. I have one more free service and then I’ll take it somewhere else. More

I had appointment @2p did not get my car until 5p. All I had done was oil change and tire rotation. People came in after me and left before me. I felt like they did not care after I gave this dealer 30,000 as a down payment for my highlander and I am treated like xxxx. More
