Chris was great at coordinating my service. He was hindered by a slow service team. I learned they need air conditioning. I was there 3+ hours. Twice I made appointments to have my car inspected or for basic service. the first time it took over two plus hours to just get the car into service. The second time I needed the car so I had to ask for th basic service. the first time it took over two plus hours to just get the car into service. The second time I needed the car so I had to ask for the car back as there were still three cars ahead of my car. I dropped it off at 0915 for a 0930 inspection appointment, at 1130 still three cars ahead of mine. Why make an appointment? More

I called with a problem I got in the next day and my car was diagnosed. Chris told me what needed to take place to fix my vehicle. He told me how long it would take.
