I had a recall on my Toyota. I was able to get an appointment quickly via text and they scheduled for a state inspection at the same time. When I arrived, they were 2 hours behind and said they could appointment quickly via text and they scheduled for a state inspection at the same time. When I arrived, they were 2 hours behind and said they couldn't take care of the recall as it takes 3-4 hours and that my tank needed to be close to empty. Why wouldn't they advise of this ahead of time? I had already scheduled a half day off of work. They wanted me to drop the car and take a Lyft home. I declined and waited. It took 3 hours for state inspection and they did normal maintenance. I had to call service back on my own to schedule a recall appointment again as I guess it was too much for them to reschedule my appointment when I was being serviced. When I called back, they wanted to schedule me out 3 weeks and refused to allow me to wait. I made it clear that I will not take a Lyft and that I didn't have someone to drop me off. I have never had to go back and forth about wanting to wait for my vehicle. I will find another Toyota dealer and I will never purchase another vehicle here or have my vehicle serviced here again. I actually even called back again to resolve and no one even returned my voicemail about servicing the vehicle. They could care less about customer service. I left a Google review as well and they ignored that also. Worst dealer ever! More

My service rep Billy Campbell greeted me at my car when I dropped it off for service and personally came to get me when my service was done. I loved that personal touch.
