I had an excellent experience at Sheehy Fredericksburg. I brought my truck in for regular maintenance, a 4WD service and ATF exchange, and dropped it off with Tarron. When I went to pick it up, the door was locked. Google said the closing time was 8pm and it was only 7p. However, the two women managers said they would stay late to help me. Teddie and Lauren were very professional and I was impressed because a lot of places you go these days, the people would have turned me away because it was closing. They even ran my truck through the wash so it looked nice and clean. I also was able to use my coupon that I received in the mail. The outstanding customer service from these two ladies made all the difference for me. This was a 5 star experience and I will always bring my truck here for service. More
