it was easy to get an appointment within a weeks time, however they use text messages to communicate immediately and then they don’t respond when you have a question. It was very difficult to keep up with however they use text messages to communicate immediately and then they don’t respond when you have a question. It was very difficult to keep up with any progress that was on your vehicle. The service appointment was for a simple inspection and an oil change. The vehicle was dropped off the night before so they had it first thing in the morning even though we had a 1 o’clock appointment. They did not respond by text messages starting at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon followed up with a couple of phone calls. They didn’t response until 4pm when the the service tech said “oh I didn’t know you were going to get an inspection I better hurry the guys are leaving in 10 minutes” then it was another hour or so before it was ready to be picked up.
