I took my RAV4 in for service to fix a leak on the drivers side, causing puddles of water in the floorboard under the carpet. Sheehy worked to figure out where the leak was coming from and got it fix drivers side, causing puddles of water in the floorboard under the carpet. The service was sloppy and haphazard and not contactless during Covid surge. I had to go in, sign sheet and search for an agent to let me know my car was done.
