Service customer service is very slow and act as if they are doing you a favor by fixing your car. Everyone seems to care more about looking cool than moving and working with any sort of urgency. This was my worst visit. They couldn’t find my appt or work order. Couldn’t locate my parts I had received an email the day before confirming my appt and that the parts for my recall were there. When I work order. Couldn’t locate my parts I had received an email the day before confirming my appt and that the parts for my recall were there. When I made my appt I was told if I was one of the first ones there I could get a loaner then that morning I was told that Toyota wouldn’t cover a loaner I had to pay 35 for the car. Which was ridiculous since the time to fix the recall was going to take 4 1/2 hours. Had I know I could have borrowed a vehicle. It took me 40 minutes to get my vehicle checked in and get the rental/ loaner Then the car (Toyota Camry was dirty on the inside). It had some type of sticky liquid had been spilled in the console and not cleaned out. My previous experiences have been fine but this one was horrible More
