Adam had our vehicle washed and cleaned prior to us test driving it. Adam took the time to explain all the features and was quick to grab any other vehicle we wanted see for comparison. We were very comfortable in our conversations and at no point did we ever feel pressured. There was no 6 hour haggling, they gave us a great deal and we signed the paperwork. Any issues that we had with the vehicle Adam and his manager jumped to repair it and ease our concerns. The entire buying experience was extremely pleasant. They accepted our trade in and the current 0 APR financing was awesome. The finance officer was honest and did not force any additional services. He took the time to explain what they offered but never pushed something that we didn't want. I had spoken with Tarron about service on my vehicle. Tarron advised when I needed to come and how long it should take. Not only did Tarron greet me with a smile upon recognizing me, he was able to get the service done almost an hour ahead of the orginal estimated time. On a Saturday morning this is huge for me as I meet with clients for my job. He explained everything and even advised when I will be due again. I couldn't ask for a better experience from Tarron.
