Rosner had good maintenance but Sheehy has not been good. Last time there, the mechanic that put new brakes left the tire unattached which after our pulling out onto main highway, the tire banged and almost Last time there, the mechanic that put new brakes left the tire unattached which after our pulling out onto main highway, the tire banged and almost came off. It could have killed us. Sheehy needs to pay their maintenance people better so they can get better mechanics. More

I purchased my new vehicle at this location and had high hopes. However every time I brought it in for service there’s been some sort of hiccup. Either overbooked and taking 2+ hours for an oil change or tr hopes. However every time I brought it in for service there’s been some sort of hiccup. Either overbooked and taking 2+ hours for an oil change or trying to get me to rent one their cars so that i could leave mine. Mind you I just payed 55grand for my vehicle and purchased every available warranty option to include free rentals, oil changes etc... I don’t think they can actually see that info when i bring my car in and have to remind them each time. Please stop trying to sell me stuff, im out of money!!! More

Sheehy does not have the staff or technicians necessary to efficiently manage the service requests that roll through their doors daily. Much easier to get your oil changed at jiffy lube because you won't to efficiently manage the service requests that roll through their doors daily. Much easier to get your oil changed at jiffy lube because you won't be there for over 90 minutes plus your windows are cleaned, vehicle vacuumed and they top off all the other fluids. Same goes for vehicle inspection. They failed me for burnt out license plate bulbs and wanted $25 to replace them. Replaced them myself in 1 minute 37 seconds and then had to wait over an hour and a half to get the lights rechecked despite bringing my truck in at 8 am. Unsatisfactory. More
