Every time I go in, I have an appointment. Each time, it’s the slowest service possible. I have to walk up to someone. While I saw a few service agents be proactive, the 3 I’ve had were not. My paperwork was not ready, he complained about the printer (showing his coworker) even though it worked as explained. I watched someone come in after me, get helped, sit down before he even checked my mileage. Then, that person was getting an oil change (mine didn’t require that) and they were done a full 1/2 hour before me. 1.5 hrs for a 15k service that doesn’t include an oil change or tire rotation or car wash? Ridiculous. Then your text about my service came through...24+ hours AFTER I’d left your establishment. More

Dealership is clean and offers hot coffee and waters to their customers. They even offer a kids corners with activities for children while you wait for service fit your vehicle or are in the midst of car b their customers. High cost for non fix Diagnostic Diagnostic on my car was wrong, repaired wrong part and my car still is not fixed. Service manager could not even help me. Took my Toyota in for repair to a DEALERSHIP that should know there own cars that they sell and should get it repaired right the first time. The service department gave me such a run around when they failed to Diagnose my problem correctly and the service manager telling me they can not diagnose all problems on the cars they sell. OMG!!!! WHY WOULD YOU EVER BUY A TOYOTA FROM FREDERICKSBURG TOYOTA DEALERSHIP???? More
