After the painful drive down through rush hour traffic, Seth B. regretfully informed us that there was something wrong with the A/C. He was very up-front about it and said they hadn't noticed it until they pulled it out of the garage and that they could fix it in a couple days. Since we had driven all the way down, we decided we'd check out the car anyways. It was better than we thought in every way, loaded with tons of features that we hadn't noticed on the listing and pushed the value quite a bit higher than we expected. So we decided to take it to a nearby shop to get it checked out. They found the problem with the A/C without us telling them, and nothing else. Seemed like we were getting an honest deal. The only issue for us was that it was going to be a pain to drive all the way back down to Fredericksburg and back. As if he was reading our minds, Seth B. offered to deliver it to us for free. We tried to talk down the price for a bit, but after shopping for over a week, we knew this as a great deal. Seth B. knew it too, he didn't argue, he just gave us the papers to sign and said it was up to us. Then he went the extra mile to make sure that the A/C issue was covered on the dealer warranty in case it broke again soon. 4 months later, we could not be happier with our purchase. We got an awesome deal on a great car that we will love driving for many years ahead. Seth B. was an absolute professional, anticipating and meeting our every concern. This was possibly the best used car shopping experience I've ever had. The next time I'm in the market, I'll be sure to check out what Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg is offering, despite the drive.
