in general they got their act together BUT - they have no designated parking for customers with a friend waiting to pick them up after turning in their car for service. 2. - they CHARGE BUT - they have no designated parking for customers with a friend waiting to pick them up after turning in their car for service. 2. - they CHARGE you for keeping your own service record! geeze! 3. - when you walk in - there is no system for assigning a service advisor - if several folks are waiting it's a bit chaotic! 4. - when they rotate tires, they do NOT re-adjust air pressure if different on front/back tires! 5. stuff like air filters and cabin filters are outrageously priced and they charge hefty labor rates to "install" them. I'd LIKE to have them do a lot of the work needed but with prices like that, I'd have to be a RUBE! Common Sheehy, be nice to your customers - make them feel like you WANT them to come back and get other work done - like 30, 60K service! My service advisor was great. efficient , courteous, easy to deal with - Do I credit him or Sheehy for that? ;-) More
