I normally rate buying a car like having a root canal , but was blown away by how pleasant an experience it was with Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. I found a candidate car online and received an email with a quote indicating Jim Glasner would be the person I should see. This was also accompanied by a phone call from Angela. My wife and I arrived the next day, which was quite windy and very cold. Jim was expecting us and gave us bottled water. He brought the car inside the service area, so we could see it without dealing with the weather. We ultimately decided it wasn't the car for us. Jim was very perceptive of my "wish list" suggesting other options. We looked at 4 other cars, driving 2 of them. Jim bought snacks for us (we had skipped lunch to rule out our candidate or make a purchase). He worked up quotes on 3 different cars with the Sales Manager, and explained the in's and out's of these with absolutely no pressure. Once we made our selection, Jim prepared the loan application, explained the CarFax, and what we could expect when we saw Jake, the finance manager. Jake was likewise fabulous and very personable, explaining Sheehy extended warranty and other programs to us. We were so impressed, my wife asked Jim to keep an eye out to replace her car. We are in our mid-60's and have bought a number of cars over our 40 year married life. We've never had anything close to the positive experience we had with Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg.
