Easy out of town purchase I was rear ended while driving my Toyota CHR on Interstate 295. My CHR was a total loss but I survived. I quickly needed to secure a new vehicle. I located a Toyota Certified 2018 RAV4 at Sheehy in Fredericksburg. The internet team followed up on my inquiry immediately. I explained my situation and that I was an hour away in the west end of Richmond, and unable to drive up that day, but hoped to be up to that in the days that followed. The team continued to follow-up with me and within four days I was able to travel. I was able to get a 6pm appointment, traveling in my Enterprise rental. Adam had the RAV4 ready to for the test drive, and went over many of its features before handing me the keys. The RAV4 lived up to my expectations! I was prepared to travel back the next day, with a friend who could drive the rental car back to Richmond, to finalize the purchase; but Adam offered to return the car to Enterprise for me. What a pleasant surprise. I was able to drive the RAV4 home that night. Daniel was able to get me an outstanding interest rate and repayment plan, that included the extended warranty, that fits perfectly into my monthly budget. I must say the Toyota's warranty on Certified vehicles is outstanding! If its 70,000 miles, its added to the mileage as of the date of purchase, not 70,000 total. I definitely will steer my friends and family to Toyota and Sheehy as they the Toyota quality and safety features saved my life; and the Sheehy family was patient as I healed enough to drive up, kept in contact with me, made me feel welcome and appreciated , and took the necessary time with me. A great experience I've never had such a great experience as what I had when purchasing my 2019 Toyota, Tacoma. Mr. Fernandez made an almost impossible deal come through for us. He wasn't pushy at all but did everything within his power to get us exactly what we desired and for the price we wanted to pay. I still don't really know how he made it all come through for us but he did. I'm 58 years old and have purchased many autos over the years, but buying from Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg was the best, easiest auto purchase I've ever made.
