I still don't really know how he made it all come through for us but he did. I'm 58 years old and have purchased many autos over the years, but buying from Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg was the best, easiest auto purchase I've ever made. However, I do have to point out, that after checking my records, I saw that my recent state inspection (29 Jun) at your location included a check of those brakes. Mileage since was less than 5K. Disregarding the unlikelihood of sabotage or thief, the missing nuts were likely not properly secured after the inspection. Finally, I’ve gotten great service when calling for an appointment; however, your on-line system and supposed “chat” are failures. More

We went online and scheduled a service appointment. Once at Sheehy Josh kept us updated on the process while we hung out. After 3 hours, Josh came and told us after paying we were all done.
