50k mile service with additional customer stated issues wron We took day off from work to bring our 2015 Sienna in for 50k mile service, clunking sound in rear of car, rear bumper was never attached properly and We took day off from work to bring our 2015 Sienna in for 50k mile service, clunking sound in rear of car, rear bumper was never attached properly and was supposed to ne fixed via Jim in used car sales. The sales rep in service didn’t listen or show any interest in our concerns. The only thing he bothered to write down was the 50k mile service. So we waited in lobby thinking mechanics were doing all the items we listed to service rep when only oil chg was done. Nothing else we discussed was done ! A waste of a day off for us!! Left angry!Second time your service dept failed us. There won’t be a third! More
