Laurel Toyota is a new car dealership that is part of CarMax. In my view CarMax must be a professional customer fleecing operation. I made a deal over the internet. Vehicle was missing cruise control, but cruise control was part of the package I was paying for. Dealer blamed the factory but would only offer a $70 option to compensate for missing cruise control. They clearly tried to take advantage of the situation. Salesman appeared to be honest, but can't say that about supervisor or upper management.
