He put us in a great car and one we wanted and could afford. There was no hassle! -Then Kent, the Sales manager, assisted us the selection of the car and educated on the products and answered any questions we had. -Lastly Dennis, the Rockstar, who financed us the sale. The sales people are very route , very greedy, dishonest I bought 2018 Toyota Highlander LE with AWD, the sales person shooting customer from one sales person to another one and to another one, I didn't make I bought 2018 Toyota Highlander LE with AWD, the sales person shooting customer from one sales person to another one and to another one, I didn't make deal in my first visit with Marin Girm, but the dealership called me and asked me to comeback we make a deal, so I went to the dealership next day with my family and I saw the same guy (Martin Hepburn) came and told me, why I came to this this dealership again, because I didn't make a deal yesterday, I complain to the sales manager, they agreed to make a deal out of of door for $34000.00 , I had $4000.00 from my 2016 Toyota RAV4 . But they didn't include my $4000.00. I had a bad headache, and I thought, they subtract my trade, but they didn't , they sold the highlander for $42600.00 , which is the even the price of limited highlander not at this price. since I had headache and my kids are with me,they get advantage of my situation, I'll not recommend any customer to buy any car from this dealership, also i'll go to Stafford court and sue this dealership. More
