Poor customer service Purchased vehicle that wasn't at dealership and was told it would be delivered. It wasn't. It was a matching vehicle with slightly additional options. They gave me a vehicle at the same price, which was nice, but it had over 400 miles on it. Not what I expected for a "new" vehicle. I bough it on a Saturday and they said it would be there on Monday but it wasn't. They didn't seem very apologetic.Kind of kept me in the dark. Manager didn't address any issues with me even though I brought it to his attention that the delivery delay was disappointing. My last car from Rosner Stafford. More

Why the low rating? Lack of integrity and honesty. Back in Nov 2012 when I bought my first Tundra there from Rick Suarez and Robby I would have recommended Rosner Toyota of Stafford to anyone, and I did, a in Nov 2012 when I bought my first Tundra there from Rick Suarez and Robby I would have recommended Rosner Toyota of Stafford to anyone, and I did, and some resulted in purchases. However, after my most recent experience/purchase of my 2014 Tundra, never again will I recommend Rosner of Stafford. If you absolutely must deal there, avoid Girma. I get it, car salesmen aren't entirely honest, that's a reputation they have earned over the years, but I think many are trying to shake that rep, but not this guy. I should have gone with my gut, I had a bad feeling about this guy from the moment the BS started pouring out of his mouth. Then the finance guy, AJ, not any better. If I didn't insist on getting exactly what I signed for with Girma regarding the financing and rebate AJ would have screwed me over. It seemed like he tried to go over the numbers fast so I would miss it. The only good experience that is consistent for me there is in the service department; thank you Josh and Debbie. Rosner won't be getting my business for my wife's new vehicle, or mine when it is time to trade up, nor will I send anymore business their way. More
