The only sales person we saw on the floor at 9am was Jerry Silsley. He was very professional in asking if I was interested and he was great in assisting us in the application process. That part went smoothly. Then the hard part was financing, thats where we met Markell Robinson!!! He IS AN ANGEL!! My nerves was such a mess because I did not think that I could qualify. I was able to minimize my trade loss and come out with a great 60 month 0% APR loan and reduced my monthly expenses by at least $50-$70 from my 2014 Q50; however, I had a new 2018 C-HR! When we decided to test drive a Tacoma, my wife found a sales rep (Tom) who readily assisted with getting the keys and letting me test drive the truck. Tom was very knowledgeable about the workings and parts of the Tacoma and was able to easily answer any and all questions asked, and there were many. Tom stayed with us and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process even though the dealership had closed and he should have been home with his family. Great experience and will definitely go back for our future car purchases! More
