A great experience from start to end I just happened to be looking online at new cars, but not being in the market for a new one at the time. At first a different sales person contacted m I just happened to be looking online at new cars, but not being in the market for a new one at the time. At first a different sales person contacted me and it seemed he did not want to make a deal, nor wanted to entertain the idea of making a deal. Fast forward about five weeks and Jimmy contacts me asking what happened. I explained my experience I had with the previous sales person, and the previous experience I had at the Fredericksburg dealership. He was calm and explained how the process was at the dealership in Stafford. So I explained what I was looking for and what I would and would not be willing to accept. Jimmy was very calm and understanding throughout the whole process. I went to see the car, we came to terms on a deal - which I will say as been the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had buying a car ever. If you happen to be in the dealership and need someone to explain or want to see a vehicle, Jimmy is the man to talk to. Jimmy was always professional and made me feel welcome, which not all dealerships do. Shaun Sovie was also involved with the purchase process and he was very professional throughout the whole experience and really made the process easier. The whole process from sales to to the finance (Valerie) paperwork was great. Valerie was great at explaining the new process to buying a car. You now sign a huge tablet and get your paperwork on a flash drive, which comes in handy when it comes to storing the paperwork. I forgot to get a copy of my registration card for the new car, and they sent it to me with no problem very promptly. I would recommend Jimmy and Shaun to anyone that wants to be treated great when looking for a car. More

Liars I dropped off my father's car for inspection at 10:00 in the morning. My "Service Advisor" Steve said the vehicle wouldn't be getting inspected for 2 I dropped off my father's car for inspection at 10:00 in the morning. My "Service Advisor" Steve said the vehicle wouldn't be getting inspected for 2.5 hours but would be completed today. 6.5 hours later I still hadn't heard anything even after replying twice to the new text message system they use. So I arrived at the dealership at 4:40 since they closed at 5:00 and was again told by Steve that my car would be ready today. At 5:05 Steve came into the waiting area to tell me my car would not be completed. Lying to customers is unaccetable, they will not recieve another dime from me and I have been taking multiple vehicles there for years. More
