His colleague Martin was also very helpful with teaching me how to set-up the vehicle and informing me about all the safety features. Rick spent his time on a Sunday letting me test drive several different models and was so laid back and was not pushy at all. I will recommend this dealership to all my friends and colleagues as it was the best one I visited by far! Excellent customer service and everyone was genuinely friendly. Appreciation for Arranging an Unusual Vehicle Purchase! In early September 2017, I contacted Sales Associate Mr. Ammar Waris at Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg regarding the possible purchase of a low milea In early September 2017, I contacted Sales Associate Mr. Ammar Waris at Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg regarding the possible purchase of a low mileage 2015 Toyota Camry which I'd located on-line at CarGurus.com. My discussions with Ammar (and the eventual purchase) were complicated at the time by the fact I was working overseas, and also that I wanted the purchase to be placed in the name of a relative who lived out of state. Ammar and Sheehy Toyota had to be concerned that this purchase was not connected to any time of telephone or internet fraud effort. In any case, Ammar and I spoke on multiple occasions each day for about 10 days discussing the terms of a wire transfer of funds, how to have the new vehicle titled, etc., before all was completed. Throughout this time Ammar devoted many hours to my calls and emails, even interrupting his only day off from work to field my inquiries. On a few occasions Ammar also arranged for me to speak with his pre-owned vehicle manager, Mr. Mickey Ortiz, to clarify outstanding questions I had. I am happy to say that with all of their personal attention, the deal finally was arranged and the car delivered. All of us, Mssrs. Waris and Ortiz, had many hours invested in the final sale. I may be overly sensitive because I have worked overseas with foreign nationals most of my adult like, but I want to compliment Mr. Waris and Sheehy Toyota for giving this bright young man the opportunity to be a professional sales representative in this customer-centric field. Mr. Waris displayed the makings of a fine employee who kept the interests of his employer close at heart while at the same time going to great lengths to satisfy the needs of an atypical long-distance customer. Mr. Waris utilized the most up-to-date communications technology to facilitate the sale (WhatsApp phone calls for secure and timely overseas contact) and his efforts were very much appreciated.
