I hav I wanted to take a moment and applaud the service I recently received (and have previously) from Mr. Girma and the folks at Sheehy of Stafford. I have bought our last few cars from Girma and have always felt very comfortable working with him. He treats my entire family with the highest level of respect and provides great customer service. Although I consider us a Toyota family, with 4 to our name, this last purchase actually started with me looking at full size trucks from other dealers. Due to our previous relationship with Girma and proximity of the dealership to our home, I felt I at least should head down and test drive a Tundra. From my this latest reconnect with Girma about the Tundra, I felt like family and he treated me (and my wife) like we were the only customers in the world. I also trust him with all my family members who are looking to purchase a vehicle. Honestly, I was very conflicted about this particular purchase, as I really liked different things about the final trucks I was considering (Silverado Redline Edition vs Tundra 1794). I'll tell you that a few things put me over the edge in Toyota (and Sheehy's) favor. 1) Girma...hands down 2) The previous good service I have received at the service center (excited to see the upgrade!) 3) The overall good feeling I have with (almost) everyone I have contact with at Sheehy of Stafford. Bottom line, all three (in that order) make me feel comfortable that this dealership will take care of me and all my Toyota purchases. The investment I see in the business further cements my comfort level. Thanks, especially to Girma, and everyone else that has provided our family such a positive car buying experience. More
