I admit that the change to Sheehy has made me nervous, but this is the fourth vehicle we've bought thru this location and the one thing that has not changed is the straight-forward reliability of the Sales/Finance staff. It stands to reason they want to fool most individuals to come into their dealership. I scheduled an appt for an oil change, expecting to be done in about an hour, certainly not more than two hours. Under Sheehy's customer service however, I was told when I arrived seven cars were ahead of me. I returned an hour and half later to ask for something out of my vehicle. At this time I was told four additional cars had jumped me in the queue and I would have to wait an additional two hours. Not only would I have to wait for more than four hours, chances were I would have to wait longer because cars kept jumping ahead of me, despite the fact I scheduled a time. There were about ten Sheehy people all socializing among themselves, so I couldn't understand how the dealership could be so far behind. I should note, this was a Wednesday afternoon, a day I picked intentionally to avoid the normal weekend crowd. I was told by the service team that new Toyotas that they are trying to sell get bumped ahead of customers like me. I'm not VIP customer, so I could continue to wait with two preschool children or take my business elsewhere. So, buyers be aware- if you buy from Sheehy they'll only be nice to you as long as it's necessary to buy a car, then when you need to get a promised service, they'll do everything in their power to ensure they don't have to give it to you. I miss Rosner and am sorry they have been replaced by Sheehy. Sheehy has the worst customer service I have ever encountered from any dealership. Imagine having to wait for an oil change for upwards of a full day. If you are not a VIP, that's what you'all get. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere to buy a car or get it serviced. More

Local Dealership with Great Customer Care I purchased my second car from this dealership this weekend. Both of my car purchases with Sheehy Toyota were discussed and negotiated with Yeneneh Girma, who is NOT one of your typical car salesmen that can in some ways stress you out. Girma is very soft spoken and he asks all of the right questions up front. He seems to care more about you as his customer and tries to make a good fit with the car that you always dreamed of purchasing. I was able to get my dream car and I could not be more happier right now...l love the color and all of the new features it has. This car purchase was a great experience made possible by Girma! Also, their finance guy, Ray Perez Leon, who was promoted to his new position in the Finance department, was super nice as he went over all of the new car paperwork on their new processing system that is computer generated right on top of his desk. This dealership is heading in the right direction for future car buying.....smiles More

Drew and his entire team have always been fair, reasonable and a joy to work with. Service! And then there is Josh Hilbert....he has kept our cars well serviced and safe for many years. Rick was very professional and accomodating to us visiting the dealership kind of last minute this past Sunday, 2 hours before they closed. He passed me to Doug who we found very funny, honest, and knowledgeable about trucks in general. I initially went looking for a Dodge Ram I had seen online that was no longer available. He then showed me a 2013 Toyota Tundra that I ended up purchasing that was a better truck overall, lower mileage, Toyota certified with a 7 yr 100K factory warranty -- all in all a better truck. The price was too hard to pass up. We were very pleased with the complete experience. More
