Bad relationships with previous customers Since Sheehy took over from Rosner's, they refused to honor previous warranties. I had a flat tire on a tire warranty with Rosner's and sheehy refuse Since Sheehy took over from Rosner's, they refused to honor previous warranties. I had a flat tire on a tire warranty with Rosner's and sheehy refused to honor it stating that Rosner records aren't it's responsibility requiring me to show proof that I had a warranty. Their records clearly show when I bought 4 tires but they still refused to honor my warranty . Very BAD policy. Lost my new truck business. More

For the sale, Shawn handed me off to Roger, who was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient at showing all the Truck's features. Mike in Finance closed the transaction and I was out in less than an hour and 45 minutes, including a test drive. No pressure, no hassle--just the way you always wanted car shopping to go. I think I spent more time playing with the Trucks interior after the sale than I spent with the staff in the showroom.
